TUMBLE BELT SHOTBLAST MACHINES TYPE ''B''

 Tumble belt
Shotblast machines type ''B'' are suitable for blasting of mass-produced components, no matter what  materials they are made from.
Tumble belt shotblast machines are mostly used for blasting of castings (gray-iron, nodular, steel and aluminium castings), forgings, precision castings and die castings.
This machines are suitable also for deburring of metallic and non-metalic workpieces.
Tumble belt shotblast machines are made in two versions:
  • RUBBER BELT tumble shotblast machines are suitable for blasting of small and medium sized, tumble-proof workpieces in batch weights of 40 kg to 1.300 kg.
  • STEEL BELT tumble shotblast machines are suitable for blasting of medium and larger sized, tumble-proff workpieces in batch weights of 150 kg to 5.000 kg.
Manual, mechanical or fully automatic Loading / Unloading to meet production requirements.
