DUST COLLECTORS TYPE "CDR"

''CDR'' Cartridge dust collectors are dry dust collectors with exchangeable cartridges and automatic compressed air cleaning. Dedusted air is evacuated through outlet ventilation duct to stack and atmosphere, while separated dust is collected in dust collector hopper and discharged to waste vessel.
The ''CDR'' type dust collectors are specially designed for heavy – duty, continious operation with minimal and simple maintenance. Cleaning of the filter cartridges with compressed air is performed automatically in continuous sequence while the dust collector is in operation.
While opening electrovalves compressed air (collected in compressed air header) blow off through special nozzles and hoses inside the filtering cartridges, the air pressure removes the dust collected on the outside surface of cartridges. The electrovalve operation is controlled by cycle timers.
This dust collectors are very simple for maintenance and reliable in operation.
