SHOTBLAST MACHINE FOR BLASTING OF GAS CYLINDERS, BOILERS AND OTHER HOLLOW SHAPED WORKPIECES TYPE ''GAB''

The rotating movement and the feeding of gas cylinders through the machine achieves a uniformly blasted surface which is essential for further painting or coating. Workpieces are normally loaded on the loading device, which can hold up to 3-4 stand-by cylinders and a special device automatically controls their feeding into the blasting chamber, where cylinders rotate. After blasting process feeding control devce will transport the blasted cylinders to the unloading bench.

Workpieces are transported by inclined positioned roller conveyor. Transport system can be equiped also with semi-automatic loading/unloading device to integrete shotblast machine in production line.

Cylinders, boilers and other hollow shaped pieces are rotated in the blasting stations. Workpieces are suspended to the hooks of the overhead conveyor, controlled by an automatic working cycle. The blasting operation is effected by centrifugal projection of abrasive thrown on the workpieces by suitably placed turbines, with the result of uniform and high quality blasting effect.
