Company STEM d.o.o. was established in 1989 in Nova Gorica with the aim to produce and develop shotblasting machines with top quality solutions for the purposes of surface treatment, such as shotblasting, matting, shot peening, stress peening, roughening, and so on.

STEM d.o.o. is based in Nova Gorica, where we design and produce our shotblasting machines. In addition to having its head office and production in Nova Gorica, STEM has two more production plants; the facility in Tolmin, where smaller standard machines are produced, and the new one in Ajdovščina, where machines of largest dimensions are produced.



More than 30% of our employees have post-secondary education. Hence, we are able to solve even the most demanding technical and technological procedures in the field of shotblasting.

As a result of the above mentioned, the sale of STEM products continues to grow, mostly on account of increased export. Namely, STEM company exports more than 95% of its entire production. Therefore, STEM’s products operate in nearly all European countries, and also outside Europe (Asia, the Middle East, etc.). Our most important references come from the most prestigious European companies, and also from the largest foundries in Russia.

Constant care is paid to the satisfaction of the customers already owning STEM’s shotblasting machines.
